At Freer Dental you can upgrade your All on 6 treatment and get zirconium teeth, after your dental implant surgery you must wait between 4 and 6 months for the dental implants to heal completely, you can contact us and we will organize your second trip to Costa Rica, on the 12 implants placed in the All on 6 (6 in the upper and 6 in the lower) we will place 6 bridges with zirconium teeth (3 bridges in the upper and 3 bridges in the lower) this treatment is known in United States as 3 on 6.

I flew to Costa Rica on Sunday February 12th. Freer Dental had someone at the airport to transport me to the hotel. A very nice Hilton Hotel. I was in the office on Monday morning and the All on 6 surgery on Monday afternoon. Everything was exactly as they say. I received my new teeth on Friday morning.
